Delivery shall be made to the delivery address supplied by you at the time of ordering. Whilst we endeavour to deliver within the times specified, any times quoted for delivery are approximate only and Fab Fancy Dress shall not be liable for any delay in delivery of the goods, however caused. Risk of damage to or loss of the goods passes to you at the time of delivery to the specified delivery address.

Postage and Packaging Charges

This websites postal costs are based on registered UK mainland delivery.

The postal costs are:
Standard Rate Postage Will Be Free For Basket Totals Of £50 Before Shipping Costs.
£2.95 standard Rate 3-5 Working Days.
Express 3 Working Days £5.75 Orders Will be processed and delivered within 3 Working Days.
Priority delivery Service is £8.00 Flat Rate 1-2 Working Days.
International Delivery £15.00 Flat Rate 5-7 Working Days Up to 2kg Only. Anything over 2kg you will be offered a international courier service and price to your country. Unfortunately the price for this service is a lot more expensive due to excessive fuel costs levied by the postal services and airlines.

Please note that if you are ordering goods for delivery overseas you may be subject to import duties and taxes. Such taxes will be payable when the goods reach their destination. The liability for payment of such customs duties rest solely with the customer and Fab Fancy Dress has no control or liability for them.

Returns

Please contact us using the form on the contact us page before Returning Goods To Fab Fancy Dress Ltd. Please outline the nature of the problem or reason for returning the goods.

We want you to be totally satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not entirely happy with your order Fab Fancy Dress Ltd will refund the value of goods supplied (excluding delivery costs) provided that they, together with the original invoice, are returned to Fab Fancy Dress Ltd unworn, unused & in a perfect and re-saleable condition to the address specified on the invoice, within 7 days of delivery. It will be at the sole discretion of Fab Fancy Dress Ltd if returns will be accepted if goods are returned after 7 Days. Fab Fancy Dress reserves the right not to offer a general refund if Any goods are returned after 7 days. However Fab Fancy Dress Ltd will look at every individual case and make a decision based on each cases individual merits, if Fab Fancy Dress Ltd decide a refund will not be given the Item will be returned to the customer & the customer will incur the cost of postage & Packaging . In cases of any goods returned to Fab Fancy Dress Ltd that are after close inspection deemed to be 1.In a non resaleable condition 2. Damaged as a result of general wear & tear, 3. Damaged due to Malicious or accidental acts, will not be refunded. Fab Fancy Dress Ltd will either offer to return the Item to the customer with the customer bearing the cost of postage & Packaging or Fab Fancy Dress Ltd will destroy the Item on behalf of the customer. Fab Fancy Dress Limited will not be held responsible for any returning goods lost in transit, it is the responsibility of the customer to provide adequate postage insurance to cover the cost of any losses whilst in transit back to Fab Fancy Dress Ltd. Fab Fancy Dress Ltd will only take responsibility when returned goods have been signed for by an employee of Fab Fancy Dress Ltd. Fab Fancy Dress Ltd will repay the value of goods within 30 days from receipt of returned goods without any further charges to you except the direct cost of returning the goods.

Damaged Goods or Incorrect Deliveries

Our warranty contained in the above is subject to the following conditions:

the goods must be stored in appropriate conditions; if delivered goods are not stored in appropriate conditions we cannot be held responsible for faults or problems that arise as a result;

Any claim by you in respect of any shortages and/or defects in the goods must be notified to us by you within seven days of the delivery date, stating the nature of the shortage/defect and quoting the invoice no; if you fail to notify us you will be deemed to have accepted the goods. In some cases we may ask you to return the defective goods to us at our expense. Where you make a valid claim, we can at our discretion make up the shortages or replace the goods free of charge, or refund the price of goods in question to you. In addition for defective goods we will refund you the reasonable costs incurred for postage of the goods, but we shall have no further liability to you.

Excluded Return Items, these include wigs, Facial Hair, fake teeth, Tights (Including Costumes Supplied With Underwear Included) makeup (Including face paints and associated accessories) Drinking Straws & Any saucy goods.
